The silence is probably the polite way that MLU ers are saying that your manual is a touch overpriced. Generally you can pick one up in Aus for $50 in good nick, often less. I suggest that if you are serious about the price you try E-Bay. But thanks for offering it on MLU, and I guess you never know.....
