Either a 1938 - 39 with the Barrell Nose Grill or the 1940 41 with the waterfall Grill
If you look on the Gun Tractor Database on this forum and about the fifth entry down is an entry by Tony Smith showing a 1939 Marmon Herrington Gun Tractor here in New Zealand, Although it is a softtop it has the same basic cab and side grill as the photo showing that it is a 1938/9 Ford probably a 3Tonner sorry not a dodge
