Hi Barry;
The diagram in the attached thumbnail shows the 'basic' location for the Arm of Service (AoS) marking and the Formation Sign marking on the front and rear of a carrier.
The '62' would go in the
'AoS Here' location and the 53rd Welsh Div marking would go in the
'Formation Sign Here' location on the attached diagram.
