Hi Guys,
I am trying to get my BSA folding Bicycle done for Normandy and this involves reproducing brake-parts and some other things. Although I have measured most of the parts I need from a complete example, I haven't been able to determine the thread types used. Basically I think it's either BSF, British Standard Fine or the Cycle thread, BSC. Anyone who can help?
The ones I am after are:
- the slotted roundhead bolts which secure the brake arms and the spring.
- The hex head bolts attaching the brake parts to the fork.
- The bolt securing the saddle.
- And last, but not least...the thread of the wingnuts used to fold and unfold the bike.
It seems slotted roundhead bolts in BSF or BSC are hard to find anyway, so I might need to modify hex ones.
Any help would be appreciated
Alex
