Default Dodge query

I owe a Dodge truck. This truck was abandoned and left unattended on a mountain in southern Serbia. Ja bought it and the son of the former owner told me truck's history. Truck was used during WWII. During a battle it was struck by 2 bullets which broke windshield. After the war it was used by civilians until it broke down. The damage was significant (connectting rod have broken the cylinder block). Truck was left beside a road, unprotected, for 40 years (1960-2000). I bought it in 2000. Technical permit was lost and I am trying to find it. Truck had 6-cylinder GMC engine of 104 HP, which was taken out and replaced by 4-cylinder Perkins diesel engine of 50 HP, which I took out to repair it. Steering wheel is on the right side; truck was probably made for UK. It has compressor activated by pulling a handle located in the cabin and it has manual gear box. Handbrake is of belt-like type and acts on drum of cardan axes, located very close to differential case. There is a stoppage on the differential which is activated, from the cabin, by handle and a system of levers. It appears that truck has the capacity of 3 tons. Wheel spoke clamps are 20'' and they have 8 holes to tighten them. Tyres are Road Star 7.50-20 and they are in bad conditions. I found identification number between cabin and the body on the metal frame close to petrol tank. Here it is:

Z

3154303868

SM 2920

On the forward left part of the frame between 2 joints which bear a spring of suspension system there is horizontally engraved letter 'S'. The truck is very interesting and it brings back memories of distant past. I decided to restore it but I need some parts and its original configuration. You probably know what kind of truck is this one and when it was made. I would be grateful to you if you could please provide me the information, manuals and professional advises how to do it.

Regards

In fact the number has a larger 1 0 and 6 and 2920, as though the stamper used digits from a different set.

I have some pix and think it's a D60L, but I am no expert. It has rhd. However, there was no Dodge supplied under SM 2920...that Demand related to a British Chevrolet CC60L/X2 and in fact the number is a chassis number 3154303868! It's off a 1943 Model 1543.
