Being British, it will require the 0 degree bead that haunts seekers of 9.00-16 tyres for Canadian wheels. MRF supply a 9.00-16 that will fit right on, any other 8.25 or 9.00 tyre will be a bit of work for your Father-in-law, no matter how cheap.
