On a side note , again I would have to check, but I believe one of the letters about Ralph is from Major Hodge.

SEAN ....

As mentioned in my post just before this one, I came across an "Obituary WITH Photo" of your Uncle Ralph in a microfiched copy of the

JUNE 6, 1945 issue of the Winnipeg Free Press on page 6.

IF you want me to photocopy this for you next time I'm at the library, I will be VERY glad to do so for you and send it to you. Just PM me to let me know and where to snd it etc.

A GIVEN TO ANYONE from ME: if anyone wants me to search the Winnipeg Free Press or Winnipeg Tribune microfiched newspapers for obits/photos/articles and you have a "ballpark date" I'll be glad to do so, and photocopy and send (can't scan and send, no scanner ) If I'll be there anyways ... why not It only costs mebusfare and photocopying, and sinceits all Black and White for WW2 stuff ... photocopying is inexpensive.

This offer is for those of you not in Winnipeg or just not able to take the time to research. I love to help when/how/as I can. TIME and ACCESS is what I DO have.

Just PM me if you want help.

Take care,

Carman
