Ian Durrant at Sentimental Journey in the UK has some of the aerial quivers. At least he was advertising them last time I checked his site a month ago. And I think that Dave Demorrow at alleramilitaria.com is making reproductions of the main canvas carrier for the W/S 38. Not sure if he makes the hook and canvas piece that clips into your braces or not but that one would be fairly easy to fabricate if needed.
The 50e for a pair is a real steal even if they are the later Mark III pattern which is more common on the market. Bet you could advertise them here and flip them for a nice profit as the Canadian and British 3-inch mortar carriers had one as part of thier equipment list.
