The sand is probably from the Sahara
We do sometimes have here in Switzerland sand on our cars (I'm not joking), very thin and powdered. The cars get a nice khaki sprayed color. I guess the sand has been travelling thousands of kms just to see some snow

You're in my footsteps of doing & experiencing things you would never do anywhere else. What about drenching, fencing, tractor driving, haying and getting hayfever, taking Tassie on a quadbike-ride etc
