Being based in Australia, it is of course neigh impossible for you to look him up at his place or at a trade show / swap meet.
Next best bet is to call him! Keep trying, during winter time he usually has more time than during summer.
Or you could set up intricate international parts transfer using Dutch, Australian and Swiss resources
