I have seen Fords with lined doors, and Chevrolets with unlined doors. Take a closer look at the pic you attached: note the round vent holes and the banjo axle standing in front of it?!?

I agree with Hanno... if you zoom in on the picture just behind the 44 that its sitting on you can also see the chev style spring shackle.
