yes the shims are fantastic my front idlers i have changed bearings around etc and they are ok now. and i may be done in feb infact i beleive i will be done by then but with everything else my family and house etc come first and we have alot going on so Feb is a loose date so to speak.... plus i wont get any mileage done so we would all be wating longer for the results, where as you, or shaun, or Martyn, barry......Nigel....Ron (the list is getting bigger hehehehe) will no doubt clock up some miles and we can get the rubber tested for its viability for further production for everyone.

good score on the bearings though buddy i was quoted 48 + VAT per bearing for the correct size.... and circa £4 for the top end spec slightly bigger ones i have gone with. just hope the shim does not sweat onto the axle.. time will tell
