Tl 13801
Jordan The strap has a TL number. The Aust pattern Carriers dont use TL numbers. Don't be confused by the fact that the Army stores used Aust pattern carrier labelled tags.
The strap could be from a Bren as opposed to a Universal, or it maybe from a Flame thower carrier.
