Do you remember the PE 197 12 series we posted previously on MLU.... most were Aug. Sept. 44 but the -12 series had small C15a axles and 16 inch rims
It seems possible that the PE 197 11 series contract preceeded the other Aussie contract and were all built in Oshawa.
Strange where CMP show up........
