Stellan, the AT guns in the ME were US 37mm guns of which KNIL apparently had receive a small number in 1942 in time (of a huge order). Some sources say these guns were carried ON trucks! Not sure if this would mean self-propelled...

think this picture is from April 1940 at Andir AFB (Bandoeng). It should then be an AAMG Platoon from APLA 2 (2nd Heavy Weapons Coy) from Tjimahi.
