hi guys, now I have done the framestrips it is time to make the windows so I cut the whole in the side of the radiobody.
I cut it a littlebit smaller than the woodframe so I can bend the sheetmetal around the wood for a nice fit.
than it was time to cut the strips to size at a angle off 45 degree to make the frame nice and square. the strips are screwed to the body. in the framestrips I placed a rubber strip where the glass fits in, so it can slide in it to (one window). the glass I had with the body was still in it's old paper and the metal sides where bad so they where replaced and glued to the glass.
