The only evidence I could find was:

a. MODEL IDENTIFICATION AND SPECIFICATION CHART:
T214 WC-54 1942 USG # USA 75068 to 75083 Contract DAW-398-QM-448 [Defence Aid] 3/4 Ton 4 x 4 121 inch wheelbase Serials # 81534381 and up 16 made Ambulance
b. DODGE TRUCKS BUILT FOR THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT
WC-54 3/4 ton 6-cylinder Engineering Code & Wheelbase T-214-B-121 Serials in the batch # 81,529,001 to 81,784,196
c. Xerox i.d. cards showing that some WC-54 [T-214] Ambulances were indeed supplied to the British forces but no S/M demand is quoted unlike the WC27 [T-215].

I have looked at all my Dodge and Fargo listings and no evidence yet of their Census Numbers. This may be because they were shipped directly overseas and received local Census Numbers. What we need are the original record cards!
