I received the DVD of the movie from my girls for Father's Day.One thing that is bugging me is the color of the C-47's from loading to take-off to the drop zone.They're all a sand color!!I thought it war the print color,but when you see the towed gliders,they're a dark green!!Has anyone noticed this & is there an explanation for this?Comparing the C-47's from Band of Brothers,and haveing personally viewed a C-47 live over Lake Champlain in upper New York state complete with invasion stripes,these latter planes were a dark olive green.
