I don't have the master cylinder you need but will probably be able to find the Lockheed-Wagner part number that matches and then work back to see what else used the same "Box Type Master Cylinder". The reference book is at home and I'm at work right now. The general layout looks like the one used on the early CCKW, not like the C60X (the actuating lever enters on opposite sides).
