Couldn't help having a bit of a chuckle about your trouble removing the tyres from rims.
It's not that I enjoy your kaos, just that you're by no means the first. Consider it a right of passage. I had exactly same trouble with two of mine......so far, the local truck tyre place saved the day for me.
