Andrew, Luck would have I had previously modified a standard ratchet strap you see holding loads down on most lorries. I had to re-profile the hooked ends with a grinder to allow them to hook into the track centre holes.

This is a must have tool and would advice every carrier owner to have a set as you never know when that 70 year old jack will let you down, keep the original track jack for display purposes and let the modern stuff do all the pulling.
