Going to guess you are looking for parts drawings and photos of M38A1 just did a quick check on Beachwoods Canvas Web site
https://www.beachwoodcanvas.com/order/productlist.cfm and they have a number of parts photos to start with. Though I have not bought anything from Beachwood (not many parts for CMPs) they have been at shows around us for years.
My memory was that there was a Army Motors Article that had a good photos. I'll see if I can find it in the cumulative index.
Beyond that I assume you are working on Canadian version which I don't have any direct knowledge of parts differences.
