Default Make them

Clevis pins are easy to make on a lathe ..I would use 4041 stock, and if required, harden them by quenching . Might be worthwhile asking around your neighbourhood for a hobby machinist . The business people generally charge too much for small one off jobs

Bright mild steel is not a good option as it is difficult to harden at home,as it needs to be case hardened.
