Singing The Blues
While this is not military it is Canadian,the young lady in question is Canadian and has a site on You Tube,her name is SAMMIE LIBMAN and she is 15yrs old with an amazing voice.
She sings a tribute song to Eva Cassidy singing "Stormy Monday",man is it good.
Also on You Tube is another young lady by the name of ARABELLA JONES singing Country,she is also 15yrs old and has done a lot of cover songs.
Arabella is from Texas.
It was Arabella who put me onto Sammie and her music as they are friends.
