I do have photos, maybe some measurements but nothing more than what has been posted already.
Lynn, I think you are the best to answer. Sorry to through you in the deep end but you have originals. Not even the gentleman I borrowed from to copy what I supply had all the bits. I only copied what I could hold in my hands. No guess work. Copied as per sample.
