There was no bracket for the C5A1's ammunition box. The box hung off the mount, and a standard 1" wide cargo strap held it in place. All you need is the standard NATO 7.62 mm ammo can you buy at Princess Auto. The 50 cal can is too wide.
You will notice a tray fitted to my GPMG mount if you look up some of the photos posted elsewhere on this site. It is because the ammunition I use on my Jeep does not fit the standard can and also comes in a carboard box....thus the neccessety of the bracket.
