Hi Jordan, I swung in a 24 stud canadian engine into the mortar carrier today. Your downpipes will fit, What you need to do is remove all four cast elbow 5/16" floor bolts, check you have the correct size gasket on the cast elbow floor flange, put in four descent bolts & nuts and leave them slack, Bolt your downpipe to the exhaust manifold up tight with the correct gasket, then tighten the four floor bolts, everything should pull into position.

I couldnt bolt the downpipe to the exhaust maifold as the bolts are sheared off in there. How are you sealing the down pipe to the floor casting?.
