I would say it is a C8A chassis as well - re the 6 stud wheels. It was a HUW judging from the cab divider still present. The wood wheel and individual round instruments dates it as a 1943 or later.

If anyone ( Rob Clarke ?? ) goes to check it out would they please take a picture of the data plate or at least record the info from it. Thanks.
