Chassis s/n CK-236140 / engine s/n 5G-420-F is a November 1945 C291Q.L-W, built under S/M 6389. Popularly dubbed
"F22", we know from surviving examples these are 101" three-ton chassis
without winch, bodied as GS cargo or Water Tank trucks. I don't know what "L" or "W" stands for; possibly the latter stands for Water Tank?
