Yes, I would say you erred. The M113 headlamps are a sealed beam par36 bulb in an armoured housing mounted on a single rubber mount. They come with either clear glass or with a very dark glass for IR use. The wires connect from the back using the SMP rubber type shell wiring.

The AVGP headlamps are a European design which have a large nut on the back to mount, and the electrical contacts are in that base. They use halogen bulbs. They also feature the blackout marker lamp as part of the assembly. I believe Hella is the original manufacturer.

Just going by memory mind you.
