If the bent bumper disturbs you enough, the "C" channel section is still available and the last piece I saw still had "Made in Canada" rolled into it so that wouldn't be a giveaway that you had made a reproduction.
Of course, once you have a pristine bumper you will have to be careful not to hit trees.......
