The five hole sending units are generally Stewart Warner. There was also 6 hole units used on the Ford. Not applicable to your vehicle, but Mac's sells an adapter to match a 5 hole sending unit to a 6 hole fuel tank.
The stewart Warner sending units are available with a variable depth option making it suitable for many applications. Your biggest concern if you get an aftermarket or replacement Stewart Warner sending unit will be to match the resistance range to your old one.
