Thanks Andrew. That Albion A10 is owned by the same bloke as the one in the previous post by Bob McNeil. The one in Bobs post I drove at the Toowoomba show in 1979. It is an unrestored 4 tonner from 1924. The One in your post is 1913 with a brass radiator is a 3 tonner and I had a good look at it in Alice Springs in 2010. The owner and I have compared notes for many years.

The Russian Amphib is a LuAZ-967 (Ukrainian) was a small Soviet four-wheel drive amphibious vehicle. It was designed in 1959 at the Moskvitch MZMA plant, for Russian Airborne Troops. It was designed for casualty evacuation, munition supply and the carriage of light armaments. Mass production took place between 1961-1975 at Lutsk automobile plant - LuAZ. It was succeeded by the LuMZ-969В, LuAZ-969, LuAZ-969М and the LuAZ-1302. You can look it up on the web.

That one was at Corowa Swim-In a few years ago and swam in the lagoon with little free board.

Regards Rick.
