About 25 years ago I was at a surplus dealers place in Ely, buying parts for my Bedford QL, he had scores of these cushions in an old van body, all NOS and with TL parts label on, recall the date you mentioned to. I was going to use them in the lorry but they were too damned hard, they were complete with multi layers of hard felt. Saw some at Beltring this year. Could not give them away in those days!
