I fear the worst. When this fellow gets out of the hospital, he will want his ATV fixed, and will be looking to sue somebody to make it right again.
Because he ran into a parked vehicle while tresspassing on private property, he might just have a case. The prescedent has already been set in North America that personal responsibility is always the other guys fault - never your own.
I see the end of fun on the horizon...
