It is a Fiat Campagnola ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiat_Campagnola).
The interesting thing is that Fiat now has a Hummer type vehicle as well, the Fiat Oltre as a concept car back in 2005 http://www.carautoportal.com/fiat/fiat-oltre.php
