We hit-28oC at 0800 hrs this morning. Windchill was measured at -41oC. For those who have not experienced windchill, see:

It is so cold right now that if you threw a cup of hot water into the air, it will instantly convert to snow well before it hits the ground.
Working in this type of weather is OK providing you have the proper kit and are reasonably healthy. This weather reminds me of my army days, but with one difference - I don't
have to go outside!
