If true, I wonder if any of this had to do with Leslie's plan which he presented before retiring.
Speaking of rumours, I heard a real bad one recently. Like closing down the TC in about two years. Apparently you've had some high priced brass out snooping around lately. And...just how much actual training is going on?
No training=no need for the facilities.
