Default Horndaulic Trailer

Hi Guy's,
I have posted a pic of mine (1st pic)which had been modified by the RAAF for pallets and also pics of other members trailers. My trailer was also missing the spare wheel and I was not quick enough to get the original RAAF made sides shown in the picture. I believe the missing spare wheels was a government thing. I went to numerous auctions and hardly ever did any of the trailers have spare wheels - strange! the government might have thought there might be a problem if these got into the hands of the wrong person...... . But there were auctions where there was pallets upon pallets of rims and tyres - so the spares were most likely disposed of this way.

I modified my trailer because I had no spare and wanted to make use of the trailer. I used the same axels and replaced the backing plates with electric brake backing plates and matching hubs/drums. The result was scary awesome braking Consequently it took me a while to get the adjustment right. The only thing I did which I now regret was using Toyota stud pattern on the drums and not Landrover which I believe to be better.

These trailers have a common fault where by they are prone to axel breakage on the ends which is hard to fix. The Camouflaged trailer pictured(2nd pic) remained where it was pictured for a number of years I believe due to this problem.
I Would like to return my trailer to original if I could get a spare for it so if you do find some Dianaa.....PLEASE keep me in mind .

Regards,
Brett Nicholls
