David you asking the wrong guy as to whether it was a FAT, its outside my area of knowledge, I just recognised it as weird and when we looked further figured out it is a CMP
Marc, it bears an SMV sign ie slow moving vehicle and the owner is using that red herring as the way out and likely as it is only used for a parking lot and doesn't go on the road is the other that I'm thinking except and the begining at end of the plowing season. the SMV sign is by fluke exactly in line with the camera in both front and read shots, if you look ultra closely in the rear 3/4 shot it is in line with the rear wheels of the Dodge truck behind it.
Marc do you need to start a thread of your own so you can rant and rave and spin up in the corner?
