Default CMP parts

James,

I bought my 1942 Ford F-15A a year ago and i am actively seeking the exact same parts.

I ended up having to fabricate the spare tire holder and the radiator bar and springs. These last are pretty easy . It was basically two spring leafs from a truck suspension . Eyes forward , a tube fitted thru both ends and voilĂ  ! Don't forget , on a Ford the spring leaves attach at the rear of the bumper !

To date , no splash guard ( kinda intricate with the mouldings or ribs ), no overflow tank, etc..

I go to Ottawa twice a year on military duty and go to the War Museum and take pictures of the parts i want reproduced by my machinist. Not original but the closest i can accomplish without a part source !

Good luck with your resto my friend.

If you ever need anything just give me a buzz.

cheers.

Robert
