Military Buget cut
Has as far as parkas for cadets it is actual, but it is also for the rest of the uniform.
Unless it was changed in the past couple days their is a freeze on all uniform material.
Personnelly I been the QM person for 13 years at a cadet Corps.
We have been recycling cadet uniform all that time.
