5/4 tarp on Suburban 4x4

I might be mistaken, but I seem to remember seeing the Division Commander's Suburban tooling around Kingston (or Wainwright?) sporting a roof rack. The grill was about the heighth of the normal 5/4 cage. The concept was evident that the Man could hide in plain sight with his rover draped in a vinyl tarp that when up let him use the doors and windows, but with the tarp down, look like an ordinary truck at a distance.
