yes it is unusual. I also believe this is a real vehicle. Mainly because of the Dodge/ Fargo/ Plymouth setup.
In New Zealand you could find Plymouth bodied Chrysler, Dodge, De Soto cars and of course Fargo trucks that had Plymouth grills and front body work with Fargo or Dodge badges on them.
Most were local bodies and in New Zealands case most were wood frames with steel panels.
It may also have been a prototype with a locally produced body on it useing the VC 4X4 Dodge command car as a pattern.
