That is going to be tought to find now, for a couple of reasons. One problem is that the iltis tires NSN was also atatched to the Clerk CT50D aircraft mules, so the tires were not neccessarily released in large quantities. In fact, we still had a few in stock here in Shilo until recently, when I believe they were ordered by one of the airforce bases. Add to that the almost 10 years since they were released, and many of the original tires are starting to weathercrack. I have a brand new set of two on rims, and they will be going onto my M101Cdn2 trailer pretty soon to replace the original low mileage tires that are developing deep cracks.
What you may have to do is look towards some of the goodyear light truck tires in the appropriate size. You can get a reasonably aggresive tread that will look like the last pattern of Iltis tire, but you will not get that 10 ply rating. That was super overkill for a vehicle like the Iltis. But for the aircraft tractors, the obscene weight rating worked out just fine. The earlier tread pattern was good for anti-FOD, which was why they were used in that application.
