The original start and siren buttons both had a fibre disc to insulate the contacts and age usually makes them very fragile once people start pushing the buttons. I reinforced the backside with epoxy resin which seemed to hold up pretty well.
Also found my notes on the wiring harness. Need to know if your docs included a sheet detailing a jeep pattern light switch or if they updated the docs to show an actual T-16 pattern now. And need to know which switch you are using. If you plan to use a T-16 pattern switch and got jeep docs with your kit, I can explain the differences.
A T-16 switch has contact codes like 1, 2, 3 and a jeep switch has contact codes like BS, TT, SW.
