The first wrench shown is for the head nuts on the flatheads. Yours is a bit early for the CMPs and the carrier. The military ones are normally closed on both ends. They would have the same part number, but the number would be followed by either the letter A or B, which indicates a revision to the original part.
Those wrenches are not particularly rare, and can usually be found in antique shops or on ebay for a couple of bucks. Search on ebay for "17017B ford wrench" and currently I get about 40 hits. Of course, you will want one that is made in Canada, so best to search on ebay Canada.
