Some of the more obvious external differences:
The "Harmonic Balancer" on the front of the C60X crank is a press on fit with internal slot for hand crank handle, CCKW is a slide on fit with a retaining bolt with starter dog (like Ford).
C60X 270 makes 125hp at 3000rpm, CCKW is governed to 2700rpm, NOT TO BE EXCEEDED.
C60X distributor has vacuum advance/retard plus internal flyweights, CCKW just flyweights.
I don't have a parts book for a CCKW or DUKW, so can't compare part numbers, but if anyone else does, we can solve some riddles.
