A good home indeed!
I must say I had a lump in my throat when I saw Davin drive away with the truck and trailer but when he sent me pictures of it in the lineup back at his place with all of his other military vehicles I knew it went to a good home!
That truck has been nothing but good to me in the last 18 years I have owned it and I have to admit I did nothing to it but put gas in it and register it year after year using it once or twice to take the carrier to a show and that's it. Now I am at that point where my time is very limited and way too many projects in the yard than I will ever get to so the decision was made to let a few go and make some room in the driveway. The fact that I also have to abandon my septic field and put in a holding tank (Quote of between $7,500.00-$10,000.00) to install one left me with a decision on what to sell to raise the funds!
I enjoyed finding all of the accessories for the 5/4 ton and always drew attention at the car shows because it had alot to look at. even down to the first aid kit!
