The existing ISAF markings tell a lot about fleet management. That vehicle went to AFG, likely to Kabul and maybe the Op Champlain road move to Kandahar in '05/'06, and was repatriated to Canada. It has a lot of miles under the wheels without necessarily driving all the way.
The second thing I see is the collision damage was not repaired from whenever. Either someone decided it wasn't worth repairing because the fleet was to be reduced, or it wasn't worth returning to roadworthy for war stocks.
